Sales Representative – Auto Parts Ecommerce

Commission-Based
Remote (North America preferred; South Florida a plus) Independent Contractor

We're looking for a driven, consultative salesperson who can turn qualified prospects into long-term Parts Square customers. You'll work directly with the founder, get deep exposure to the product and the automotive aftermarket, and have real influence over how we refine our sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads from the website and campaigns
  • Run discovery calls and product demos for qualified prospects
  • Do targeted outbound outreach to auto parts retailers, performance shops, brands, and distributors
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and help them make clear decisions
  • Close deals and hand off customers for onboarding and implementation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, ecommerce, or automotive industry is a plus)
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound (including cold calling and cold emailing)
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain technical concepts in plain language
  • Organized and disciplined about follow-up and pipeline tracking
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
  • Genuine interest in the automotive aftermarket and how parts businesses operate

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with no guaranteed base salary.

You will earn commission on each new Parts Square customer you close:

  • One-time payout when a new customer signs and pays their setup fee
  • Additional recurring or ramped component tied to the customer's subscription (up to a defined cap), so your earnings grow as you close more accounts

If you're confident in your ability to prospect, run calls, and close B2B deals, this role offers meaningful upside and the chance to be closely involved with a highly specialized platform.

As Parts Square grows and if there's a strong mutual fit, there is potential to evolve this into a base + commission structure or a senior sales leadership position.

  • Growing library of product pages, guides, and case studies you can use in follow-ups
  • Direct access to the founder for product questions, deal strategy, and technical deep dives
  • Flexibility to refine outreach, scripts, and pitch based on what you're seeing in the market

Bonus: South Florida

While this role is fully remote, it's a bonus if you're based in South Florida. We can occasionally meet in person for working sessions, strategy discussions, and client meetings.
